What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at hermshop285@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
